1. How does a Merch Drop work?

When the countdown hits zero, the drop goes live. Products appear instantly, and it's first-come, first-served. Be quick—items can sell out in seconds!

2. How do I claim an item?

Click the Claim button on any item you want and then confirm the claim. This adds it to your invoice automatically. Think of it like putting your name on a rare collectible before anyone else can grab it.

3. Can I unclaim an item?

No, there isn't an "unclaim" button. If you claimed something by mistake, you'll need to reach out to us directly so we can remove it from your invoice.

4. How fast do I need to be?

Speed is everything! Inventory is limited, and once it's claimed, it's gone. Refreshing isn't necessary—items update automatically as claims happen.

5. What happens after I claim items?

Once the drop ends, your invoice will be finalized and sent. You'll then get instructions for payment and pickup/shipping.

6. Do I need to pay right away?

Nope. Claims secure your items during the drop. Invoices will be sent on Thursday after the drop. Out of Utah? Wait to pay your invoice until you are ready to ship. Local? You can pay ahead of time or when you pick-up at the store. (Don't ghost us though—unpaid invoices may result in losing access to future drops.)

7. Is there a limit to how many items I can claim?

Unless otherwise stated on a drop, you can claim as many items as you like. But remember—once claimed, it's yours.

8. Do items ever restock?

Drops are about limited, exclusive, one-time finds. Once an item is gone, it usually doesn't come back. That's the thrill of the hunt!

9. What if I have technical issues during the drop?

If your page freezes or you're unsure if a claim went through, don't refresh too aggressively (it may slow things down). Reach out to us immediately after the drop with screenshots if something looks off.

10. Can I preview what's dropping?

Some drops have teasers, but many are kept secret until the countdown ends. Surprises keep things fun and fair!

11. What kinds of products are in a drop?

Mostly vinyl records, but sometimes CDs, cassettes, merch, and collectibles sneak in. Each drop is different—expect the unexpected.

12. Do I need an account to participate?

Yes—having your account ready before the drop saves time and ensures your claims stick.

13. How do I get my records if I live in Utah?

Your records are available to pick-up on Friday and Saturday each week. Shop hours are 10am - 6pm at

14. Do you ship outside of Utah?

We do ship anywhere in the continental US, shipping is only $7 for up to 7 records then just $1 a record after that. Make sure you put your address in your profile if you want to ship!
